Our client is a well-established packaging company that has been operating globally for over 50 years. They are currently seeking an experienced Supply Planning Director to join their team at their office located in beautiful Zug, Switzerland.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations and developing strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams within the organization to implement best practices across all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective supply planning strategies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including sales, marketing & production teams
- Ensure timely delivery of products through accurate forecasting methods
- Implement processes improving operational efficiencies throughout E2E cycle
Qualifications:
We require candidates who have experience working as senior-level professionals within DSJ Global or similar companies.
Other qualifications include:
Education/Experience:
-Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration) from accredited institution;
-A minimum of ten years' experience managing complex projects involving diverse skills sets;
Skills Required:
-Solid understanding of supply chain management principles;
-Proven ability delivering results whilst maintaining high levels stakeholder engagement;
-Demonstrated negotiation abilities coupled with excellent communication skills both written/oral
