A leading aerospace company is looking for a responsible and goal-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team near Hampton, Virginia. As Quality Engineer you will act as a change agent to drive process improvement across the organization
Key Responsibilities of Quality Engineer:
- Be the internal audit program leader
- Standardize best practices and metrics within the facility
- Be a process improvement leader focused on review, disposition and elimination of material review, and CAPAs
- Act as the voice of the customer in terms of product quality
Key Qualifications of Quality Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience
- CQE certified
- MUST be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
