Summary
DSJ Global has connected with a strong Pharmaceuticals manufacturing company located in Tennessee. They are looking for a Senior Facilities and Maintenance Director to join their expanding team. You will be in charge of the standardization of equipment and facility processes, communicate extensively with external stakeholders and plant personnel, and be a strong leader for overall facility facets in automation, metrology, validation, etc.
Senior Facilities and Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
- Process and equipment standardization
- Work with control systems, validation, and metrology
- Oversee electrical and mechanical projects
- Work with current CMMS programming
- Working with HVAC systems
Senior Facilities and Maintenance Director Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Chemical or related field
- At least 10+ years of engineering management in MANUFACTURING environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- CDMO and GMP environment experience
- High technical skillset
