Our client is one of the biggest and more innovative companies with plants all over the world and continuous growth. They are looking for a Software Supplier Quality Manager (m/w/d) to be responsible for shaping the future of their site in Bühl.
Your tasks:
- Implementation of QM measures with a focus on quality assurance in system and software development in complex mechatronic projects
- Responsibility for planning and implementation of quality-related activities for maturity assurance according to standards or normative specifications, e.g. ISO 26262, A-Spice or ACQ4 or with standard methods such as APQP
- Definition and review of methods and metrics as well as implementation of quality plans for forward planning
- Conducting internal reviews, assessments and audits with a focus on system and software development processes
- Support process owners in improving processes and methodologies to ensure conformance of development activities
- Participation in Concern Management in the execution of root cause analyses and active support in the introduction of corrective and preventive measures externally as well as internally
- Support in the further training of process participants and team members to ensure quality in development processes
- Active support of the development of continuous ACQ4 planning
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, software engineering or mechatronics or comparable training
- Experience in auditing development processes according to a maturity model
- Sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Automotive SPICE®, CMMI or similar maturity models for the development of software products
- Basic knowledge in the field of functional safety (ISO26262) is an advantage
- Experience in project management and in the application of common quality management tools desirable
- Very good written and spoken English, German language skills advantageous as well as willingness to travel internationally
- Strong communication skills, high persuasiveness and assertiveness as well as a high degree of customer orientation and initiative
