We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (Senior) Material Procurement professional to join our dynamic semiconductor company. As the (Senior) Material Procurement, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials essential for our semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing and possesses excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute material procurement strategies and plans to support semiconductor manufacturing operations, considering cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct supplier assessments, and establish strategic relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to optimize costs and secure favorable terms, while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand material requirements, forecast demand, and develop procurement schedules.
Monitor and manage supplier performance, including delivery performance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Investigate and resolve any issues related to material availability, quality, or delivery, proactively identifying and implementing corrective actions.
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and technological advancements in the semiconductor industry to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and drive innovation.
Develop and maintain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track material procurement performance, and provide periodic reports to management.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, including ethical sourcing practices, sustainability initiatives, and supplier diversity programs.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing procurement projects in the Manufacturing, Hardware, Tech, or Semiconductor industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
