Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 3 years of experience, or Master's Degree with 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in retail distribution with a focus on productivity and performance-driven culture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, with experience in time and motion studies, engineered labor standards development or implementation, and working with warehouse management systems.
- Strong project management skills, including business case development, capital justification, and change management expertise.
