Currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Supply Chain within Indirects to join our client's remote team. As the director, you will be responsible for optimizing value through procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics and ensuring quality service within multi-site water softening manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 10+ years' experience leading Indirect Supply Chain operations at an executive level
- Strong leadership skills with proven success in managing teams across multiple sites
Skills:
Inventory Management:
Overseeing inventory levels throughout Facilities by collaborating with those involved directly or indirectly, ensure timely deliveries according customer demands/requirements whilst minimizing costs associated via efficient coordination mechanisms between departments under your purview.
Optimization:
Excellent communication skills enabling them communicate effectively internally and external regarding shipment status updates among others aspects related coordinating transportation movements.
Leadership & Communication Skills:
As this role requires extensive collaboration amongst various departments it calls exceptional interpersonal relations coupled strategic ability manage complex projects simultaneously. You must also demonstrate resilience when dealing tough situations; inspire motivate those around towards achieving organizational goals set out before us all!
