Responsibilities
- In charge of transforming quality standards into plans through the development and execution of protocols for process control, enhancement, as well as testing and inspection procedures
- Monitors the performance of vendors and collaborates with supply chain management to enhance vendor quality by utilizing supplier quality engineering strategies
- Offer comprehensive management and strategic guidance for the quality assurance team
- Reports quality issues, trends and losses to Operations Director and other senior management
- Drive Quality Incident free culture with FEUS, supplier quality and metrology, excursion reduction, change control and management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry or related scientific discipline, master's degree in chemical engineering preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience and demonstrated competence in QA system implementation and management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the chemical manufacturing or semiconductor supplier industry dealing directly with semiconductor companies is preferred
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control systems
