QUALITY ENGINEER
A leading automotive company is looking for a responsible and goal-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team at their Salem, Virginia location. As Quality Engineer you will be a subject matter expert in core quality processes!
Key Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer:
- Develop and implement quality processes and tools
- Conduct Data and statistical analysis
- Help ensure compliance with IATF 16949
- Carry out Lean manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis
- Manage and maintain Corrective Action Systems
Key Qualifications for the Quality Engineer :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with IATF 16949 regulations
- Strong background in statistical analysis.
- CQE or Six Sigma certification
