We are currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our client's team, reporting directly into the Director of Procurement. The ideal candidate should have prior experience purchasing finance and legal services with a spend size of at least 100 million. Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers operating globally across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects related to procurement within their department
- Create global strategies in a greenfield project.
- Ensuring that purchases made align with overall company goals as well as industry standards
- Developing relationships between suppliers while negotiating favourable terms on behalf of clients.
- Meeting financial targets by managing budgets effectively
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other relevant degrees.
- Experience of over 5 years in purchasing finance and legal services.
- Experience working in greenfield projects and creating strategies.

-Thorough understanding contractual language used within commercial agreements,
-Flexibility when dealing competing demands ensuring delivery under pressure without compromising quality.
