Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Drafting Software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in resolving process issues using engineering principles.
- Willingness to travel 25-30% for project development and execution.
- Preferred experience in roofing manufacturing or web process handling.
- Understanding of HMI, PLC, and PID controls loops preferred.
- Strong communication skills for presenting work to various stakeholders.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure safety in work practices and designs, reporting any unsafe conditions.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Operations, and Maintenance to develop project concepts and resolve issues.
- Utilize engineering principles for data-driven decision-making.
- Improve manufacturing and electro-mechanical systems reliability.
- Evaluate and enhance plant support systems.
- Manage capital projects and maintenance work-orders effectively, including scope, design, budget, planning, resources, execution, communication, justification, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key plant personnel to generate business opportunities.
