A leader in the building products manufacturing space is looking for a mechanically-focused Project Engineer to join their on-site team in Knoxville!
This exciting opportunity allows you take full ownership of all on-site capital and expense projects from concept through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong mechanical engineering background and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- Experience leading projects throughout life cycle, including conceptualization of vision/design through to implementation and hand-off.
- Ability to work in a multifaceted role; this individual will be working in a strategic role within these projects as well as hands-on project engineering on the manufacturing floor.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with various groups of the business.
