The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and delivering transformation projects, preferably within a consultancy environment. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of procurement transformation projects within indirects
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet the agreed quality standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading and delivering procurement transformation projects
- Consultancy background is preferable
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with project planning and budgeting
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with remote team management is a plus
