A leading building products manufacturer is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead their production team at their state-of-the-art facility. The Production Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 20-25 staff members
- Implement improvement initiatives
- Inspect and repair equipment as necessary
- Train and coach new team members
- Ensure efficiency of production operations
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Collaborate with other department leaders
- Assist plant leaders in hiring process
- Review quality processes on production line
The Production Supervisor will have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- LEAN / Six Sigma certifications a plus
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Experience in leadership roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of HAACP and GMP principles
