Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and realise logistical targets within the Customer Supply Chain team.
- Manage the delivery process to ensure optimal balance between customer-focused service and minimal logistical costs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and internal teams, driving efficient cooperation and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Track, evaluate, and report on logistical performance, initiating improvements and implementing logistical agreements with customers.
- Play a key role in change management, aligning logistics strategies with commercial objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a focus on Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain within FMCG or Retail sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the entire supply chain and its processes.
- Proficiency in Microstrategy and PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English.
- Engaging personality with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Competencies: customer-oriented, result-driven, analytical, team player, proactive, perseverance.
- Hybrid work option with at least 40% home office.
