Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies that optimise costs, whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage key client relationships through regular interactions.
- Lead change management initiatives across the procurement function.
- Manage and lead the transformation process, implementing key Strategic processes.
- Lead the procurement function, managing a team of Managers & Buyers.
- Maintain key stakeholder management activities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
- Previous management experience.
- Bachelors degree in a related field, advanced degrees are a bonus.
- Successful track record executing large-scale sourcing activities, resulting in cost savings.
- C1/Fluent German is preferred.
