In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth technology operations, managing investments, and overseeing facility management. A key aspect of this role involves spearheading the future expansion of their facilities. Your ability to tackle complex issues and your profound technical expertise will be pivotal to your success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute technical projects, including process technology and construction projects.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and development opportunities for direct and indirect employees, such as maintenance and project engineering teams.
- Ensure comprehensive resolution of technical system faults and issues.
- Plan and adhere to maintenance, repair, and investment budgets.
- Drive the further development of the plant/location and define standards aligned with the group supply chain strategy.
- Coordinate, implement, and monitor organisational development measures to integrate improvements sustainably.
- Oversee quality, safety, environmental, and health management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Several years of relevant managerial experience, preferably in factory engineering.
- Strong analytical skills, management capabilities, and assertiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is desirable.
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
