DSJ Global are very excited to partner with a rapidly expanding and international chemicals company based just outside of Amsterdam. This dynamic company is hiring for a leader for their EMEA team, to drive process improvement, and supply chain business improvement. The ideal leader would have a background within both operational supply chain and consultancy, as well as good communication and people leading skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and lead the supply chain team across EMEA, and focus on process improvement
- Managing a team of 7-8 direct reports, and leading an overall team of 130 people
- Develop, implement and measure KPI for the EMEA region, and drive a strategy that ensures cost improvement and toll-manufacturing
- Create annual budgets and KPI for freight, warehouse and tolling
- Manage all tolling and consignment contracts in the region
- Optimization of product allocation management in all plants in Netherlands and EMEA
- Drive S&OP process and forecast meetings to BOM
- Further develop product categorisation and ordering procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in supply chain, S&OP and ERP management
- 10+ years experience and managing supply chain projects
- Worked in regional role
- Fluent English (Fluent Dutch is a bonus)
