Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Senior Operating System (SOS) to identify and drive Lean Improvement opportunities across all organizational levels
- Implement Lean tools using SOS Diagnostic tools to support leadership in achieving KPIs and driving operational improvement
- Act as a negotiator to obtain buy-in from senior leadership and front-line staff for change initiatives, projects, and Kaizens
- Build collaborative relationships with executives, managers, and front-line personnel to promote a culture of continuous improvement
