A multinational leader in the global industrial automation and power industry is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to build out a team as they move towards a centralized supply chain department. You will not only be leading a team of motivated individuals, but also streamlining programs to achieve goals and establish action plans metrics across the United States.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:
Responsible for facilitation of the S&OP Process.
Coordinating customer lead time with target inventory levels
Manage the division's transportation logistics to ensure distribution of products direct to customers, or through distribution centers / warehouses are completed with optimum service at the most efficient cost.
Obtaining target of orders within lead time being automatically confirmed without the aid of plant involvement
Set and reach competitive goals by site for safety stock and target inventory levels
A Supply Chain Manager should have the following qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a preferred emphasis on Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5+ years of Supply Planning experience is preferred
Critical analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
Demonstrated history in project management
In this role, the Supply Chain Manager will have extensive growth opportunities in the Supply Chain or Operations vertical with high visibility with senior level management and the ability to build and develop a team to accomplish the goals set out by him/her.
