This role will support the category manager in developing category strategies looking at current and future business needs.
The Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with the central procurement team to deliver value to sit stakeholders.
- Partner with key stakeholders across sites to ensure business continuity and Procurement meet site business needs
- Manage supplier relationships and performance at site level
- Provides purchasing expertise in tendering, negotiation, contracting and purchasing systems
- Annual Spend of 50-75m CHF Anually
The Key requirements:
- University Degree in Economics / SCM / Procurement or similar
- Extensive experience within category management / Procurement within the pharma or life sciences industry or similiar
- Fluency in German, English is also a requirement
- Acts and behaves as role model to leverage entire organization
