DSJ Global is hiring a Senior Buyer for an award winning, billion-dollar OEM located on-site near Charleston, SC. We are seeking a driven, hardworking supply chain professional with Outbound Logistics and Finished Vehicle experience. The Senior Buyer will join a team of 14 Buyers on the indirect procurement team and partner will suppliers to drive the the levels of Total Cost of Ownership.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal Stakeholder's and Supplier's to drive best-in-class levels of Total Cost of Ownership.
- Manage and execute the 7 Step Strategic Sourcing Process.
- Experience negotiating and managing supplier relations.
- Present and identify cost saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with your global counterparts in EMEA and APAC.
Required Qualifications
- Four year University degree.
- Finished Vehicle / Outbound Logistics experience.
- Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- SAP and ERP experience
