The Sanitation Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Specializing on sanitary and hygienic design of production equipment.
- Implementing protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with BRC, FSMA, FDA, OSHA, State and Local regulations and companywide standards.
- Contribute to corrective action plans to foster continuous improvement and advance sanitation effectiveness.
- Collaborate to regulate food safety and quality concerns in response to hygienic design flaws as needed.
The Sanitation Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, Food Science/Safety, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in food safety or sanitation in food manufacturing setting preferred.
