Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, assigning responsibility, implementing and monitoring the site Quality Plan
Executing new methods to enable the manufacturing site to deliver safe & consistent products
Responsible for managing site's Quality audit Program
Leveraging audit results and KPI's to drive CI activities and reduce waste
Executing all Quality Systems in the plant
Ensuring compliance with company's global standards
Managing cGMPs and local regulatory requirements
Leading inspections from regulatory agencies as applicable

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in Quality/Supply Chain
5+ years in Manufacturing/Plant Operations environment
FDA, EPA or OSHA experience
At least 5 years experience conducting Failure Investigations, Corrective and Preventative Action, and Notices of Deviation
2+ years experience with Minitab, SPC
Experience using SAP or other plant-related computer systems
