Quality Key Account Manager (d/f/m)
Your tasks:
- Project work according to the Stage-Gate process based on APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- Constant determination of potential for improvement in products/processes and internal procedures/processes of quality management as well as development of proposed solutions and independent implementation of changes and optimisations
- Independent planning and implementation of event-oriented process audits at suppliers based on VDA 6.3 and the definition of results, follow-up of measures and ensuring timely implementation or processing
- Moderation and evaluation of risk assessments (e.g. FMEA) in the project work both internally and on the supplier side in close cooperation with the project team
- Identification of special features and transfer to the test planning in close coordination with the plant and the Research & Development department
- Independent development and evaluation of product data to derive corrective 8D measures
- Communication and follow-up as well as evaluation of the adequacy of defined remedial/corrective actions
- Independent decision on rework and sorting with direct project reference as well as their commissioning, coordination and monitoring
- Preparation of the results and communication to the project team/works
- Chargeback of additional expenses to plant/project/suppliers according to the polluter pays principle in close cooperation with the interface functions (e.g. purchasing, plant)
- Coordination with the plant/suppliers on the content of test plans and measurement concepts based on existing product specifications
- Definition and implementation of a cross-plant standard for test planning
- Collection, maintenance and reporting of specific quality KPIs for ongoing project activities in the product development process
Requirements
- You have a master's degree in engineering or a comparable technical background in the field of quality management
- You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of quality management and the associated standards and methods (e.g. FMEA, APQP, PPAP).
- Experience in working in an international environment round off your profile
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Very good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written
