The Quality Control Lead should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of lab experience and over 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Familiarity with HACCP, hygiene programs, SAP and overall food safety techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a thorough understanding of quality control processes.
The Quality Control Lead will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the QC team to uphold compliance with FSSC22000 and non-GMO regulations.
- Monitor and observe product quality.
- Foster continuous improvement initiatives and utilize scientific methodologies.
- Ensure technical support and training to staff, address customer complaints and overall quality issues.
