Responsibilities
- Lead the team to establish quality, to ensure an efficient process to trouble and resolve plant operations
- Responsible for resolving and approval of exception reports within the plants, to improve efficiency and cost for the plant
- In charge of effectively collaborating across all operational and technical teams to drive product conformance and efficacy requirements are fulfilled
- Anticipate operational issues and develops preventative measures, including solving problems in a systematic and clear manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify causes, track progress, and drive resolutions of quality issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science, or related discipline
- 6 to 10 years of related experience, 5 years in a management situation
- Good practical knowledge of GMP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing
