SUMMARY
DSJ is currently partnered with a unionized multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company who are now searching for a Production Supervisor. You will be responsible for ensuring plant safety compliance, supervising and mentoring employees, and submitting maintenance requests and issuing permits as needed.
Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and delegate staff through different objectives
- Monitor weekly schedules coordinating with Customer Service, Logistics, and Planning departments
- Ensure product quantities are readily available
- Navigate budgets and drive cost savings through improvement initiatives
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in MANUFACTURING setting
- Experience with hazardous chemicals and flammables; Process Safety Management
- Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, EPA, and OSHA regulations
- Distillation, Filtration, Centrifuging, and Drying unit operation experience
- Ability to work variety of shifts
