This leading global hotel company is currently recruiting in their procurement function. This company is present in over 100 countries covering 5 continents, with over 70 years of hospitality experience, making it one of the largest and most exciting hotel groups in the industry.
The Role:
- Overseeing the indirect spending of approximately 50 hotels across the Central & Southern Europe region
- Indirect spending consists of all strategic sourcing for hotels: Utilities, Fleet, Projects, etc
- Leading suppliers and negotiations
- Managing supplier performance focusing on continuous total cost control and performance
- Working very closely with the Corporate procurement team and implement global contracts
Skills and Experience Required
- Business Administration Degree or similar qualification
- SAP skills (Advanced)
- Professional experience in a purchasing organization and applying purchasing processes
- Fluent in German (B1) and English
- Ability to build and manage a team effectively
- Good communicator with analytical and project management skills
We are looking for someone who is driven by results and has a proven record in delivery. This individual must be very action-driven who are not only able to drive the team but also be able to manage the stakeholders globally.
You must be a keen learner and show a good drive for positive results. This role would suit someone with experience working in a matrix organization and cross functions.
