An exciting aviation company is recruiting a brand new Procurement & Contract Manager, MRO to join it's expanding team.
The company has doubled in size in the past two years and has operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the US.
As Procurement & Contract Manager, reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will manage a portion of the MRO category, working on strategic projects and looking for new opportunities on the market for the business.
The role requires someone with an entrepreneurial nature that can think on their feet, work autonomously and challenge the norm.

As Procurement & Contract Manager you will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul parts, materials, and services.
- Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and supplier diversification.
- Manage the full lifecycle of MRO contracts.
- Ensure all contracts align with Spairliners' requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate contract performance.
- Implement supplier performance programs to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and reduce costs.
- Generate insightful reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- A solid understanding of end to end Procurement and the whole contract management life cycle
- experience in the Aircraft manufacturing sector or MRO category
- Fluent in English and has negotiated and worked at a professional level in English
