- Analyse business processes, interpret business needs and translate them into application
- Conduct gap analysis and evaluate change options for business process improvement
- Produce project documentations such as business case, project plan, design requirement specification and user manual
- Conduct process review to collect data and specifications
- Prepare process flow charts
- Analyse data, identify opportunities for improvement and devise solutions or recommendations
- Coordinate with various levels of staff and arrange necessary resources for project implementation
- Perform quality checking on various deliverables
- Compile results and analysis the effectiveness of the new process
