1. Analyse business processes, interpret business needs and translate them into application
2. Conduct gap analysis and evaluate change options for business process improvement
3. Produce project documentations such as business case, project plan, design requirement specification and user manual
4. Conduct process review to collect data and specifications
5. Prepare process flow charts
6. Analyse data, identify opportunities for improvement and devise solutions or recommendations
7. Coordinate with various levels of staff and arrange necessary resources for project implementation
8. Perform quality checking on various deliverables
9. Compile results and analysis the effectiveness of the new process
