Responsibilities Include:
- Developing the mass & energy balance for ProDry processes and extract processes
- Spearhead implementation of manufacturing data systems
- Provide expertise in spray drying and extract processes
- Lead continuous improvement efforts through statistical analysis and lean concepts
- Support innovation in scale-up and implementation of new products
- Provide CAPEX input and execute smaller CAPEX projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioproducts, Biosystems, or similar field
- 5+ years of process engineering experience
- Experience in implementing process control technologies
- Familiarity in the food industry
- Master's degree - PREFERRED
- Experience in in yeast production, enzyme & protein isolation - PREFERRED
