Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Integrated Supply Chain Operations team
- Initiating Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve performance across supply, cost, quality, and safety
- Working with site leaders to develop CI plans
- Leading major process improvement projects to deliver financial results
- Analyzing current operations to identify new project opportunities
- Determining key drives to meet cluster and business objectives
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years experience in Operations, Engineering, or project leadership role (or master's degree with 3+ years)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution or Logistics preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
- Experience leading complex operational and transactional process improvement projects with demonstrated success of Lean Six Sigma tools
- Proven track record of tools used to improve operational performance
- Ability to teach, coach and train Lean Six Sigma Belts
