The Manufacturing Team Lead will have the following Responsibilities:
- Manage cell therapy and gene therapy manufacturing processes
- Ensure operations are compliant with cGMP standards
- Responsible for following and training company quality system regulations and processes
- Ensure company quality standards are being upheld by performing various quality processes
- Ability to set and achieve business short-term and long-term targets
- Develop, implement, and uphold SOPs that comply with company and other regulatory standards
- Analyze cell culture activities
- Manufacturing and maintaining high-quality and safe products that meet all government regulations
- Participating in projects and providing ideas for continual process improvement and lean manufacturing
- Train cGMP processes to members of the team
The Manufacturing Team Lead will have the following skill set:
- Bachelor's degree required, degree in the life sciences preferred
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience working in a lab environment with the focus of cell or gene therapy
- Working knowledge of the manufacturing processes
- Working knowledge of EHS, FDA and other regulatory standards
- Extensive experience with cGMP standards
- Able to manage multiple processes in various production areas
