We have a current opportunity for a Head of Supply Chain for a leading manufacturing company based in Hong Kong.
- Lead and execute operational excellence initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Ensure the efficient management of the end-to-end supply chain process, while meeting cost performance metrics.
- Evaluate policies and processes to ensure alignment with business standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Provide oversight and strategic direction to various supply chain units, including logistics, planning, distribution, and inventory management.
- Foster collaboration with both internal supply chain teams and external vendors to optimize and streamline processes.
- Monitor global import and export channels closely, identifying opportunities for enhancement and proposing improvement strategies.
About you:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with E2E Supply Chain.
- Strong background in manufacturing operations, production management, supply chain logistics, and warehouse management.
- Proficient in import and export compliance regulations, as well as product classifications.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and interactions with team members and business partners.
