I am currently working with a notable international supply and construction company who lead in developing, manufacturing and distribution. The company currently obtains over 150 sales and logistics amenities across over 70 countries, with an ever growing number of around 7,000 employees. Investing in and encouraging both personal and professional development is highly significant within the company. Various past projects have ranged from focusing on the form-work of bridges, to the likes of the worlds tallest skyscrapers.
The role entails:
- The opportunity to be a business partner to different departments, including production, strategy and innovation, and sales
- The implementation and communication of various procurement strategies to relevant partners
- Leading the most important negotiations within the company
- Responsibility within the procurement process implementation and optimisation
The profile:
- This company is looking for someone with experience in both establishing and implementing effective procurement management leadership, methods, procedures and systems
- An individual with a graduate degree in economics, procurement or similar
- Excellent English language skills, and preferably German (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
