We are currently seeking a Head of S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) to join a leading consumer goods company. As the Head of S&OP, you will be responsible for overseeing the demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations to ensure optimal product availability, inventory turns, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement our S&OP strategy to align with business goals and objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment to ensure accurate demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process improvement
- Lead and develop a team of S&OP professionals to deliver best-in-class results
- Partner with commercial teams to ensure alignment on promotional activity, new product launches, and other demand drivers
- Collaborate with our manufacturing and logistics teams to optimize our supply chain operations and drive cost savings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on S&OP
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
- Experience working in a fast-paced, consumer goods environment
