Our client is a supplier of tool, stamping and plastics technology in the areas of automotive, electronics and communication. The company is located near Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of all QM activities
- Management of the quality team (15 people)
- Ensuring that quality specifications are met in terms of internal and external customer expectations
- Ensuring the implementation of and compliance with external (e.g. TS 16949 or customer audits) and internal quality standards
- Evaluation and decision on the release of new products, new processes and equipment that affect quality
- Ensuring the definition of quality control according to the specifications of quality management
- Coordination and management of internal and external audits, preparation of management reviews
- Ensuring customer complaint management and collecting and addressing customer satisfaction according to standards
- Ensuring increased awareness of customer specific requirements throughout the facility
- Introduction of methods to adequately analyze customer requirements to meet customer expectations and identify relevant KPIs for quality reporting
Qualifications
- Completed studies, preferably in engineering, quality management or a similar discipline
- Many years of experience in various quality management functions in automotive industry
- Several years of management experience, preferably with functional and disciplinary management responsibility
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
