A global market leader in life sciences is searching for a Global Head of Quality Supply Chain and Compliance Operations in Basel. With 14,000 employees across 120 locations globally, they pride themselves on excellent employees and making the world a better place. They are looking for a Supply Chain expert with a good understanding of Quality methodology to build up the scope of all quality supply chain processes, in an almost non-existent space.
The Global Head of Quality Supply Chain will be responsible for:
Overseeing the Global Supply Chain Quality and related Operations, across 120 international locations.
The entire end to end supply chain processes, while increasing suppliers globally.
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements during key changes in the Supply Chain.
Quality Compliance and Quality Supply Chain as the department is built up from scratch.
Working 'from scratch' to build up a brand new Supply Chain Quality area for a multi-national leader in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Building up the Quality department through Supplier Management.
The Global Head of Quality Supply Chain should have the following qualifications:
Relevant degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, or equivalent.
Extensive experience within Supply Chain; within the pharma or life sciences industry would be a benefit.
- Excellent experience within Quality Supply Chain.
Fluent English language skills.
Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines; KPI reporting would be a benefit.
- Quality risk management would be a good benefit.
