A leading manufacturing company is looking for a E-Commerce Business Manager to develop key accounts and develop strategy and sales plans to reach corporate goals. This person will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordinating and execution of sales and marketing plans including strategy development, planning, budgeting, forecasting and maintaining relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's key accounts to assist with e-commerce strategy to grow sales
- Oversee the E-Commerce accounts while maintaining and building relationship to deliver annual sales and profit targets
- Understand commercial aspects of business and be an integral member of the US team
- Planning, Coordinating and executing sales and marketing plans with key account to achieve sales targets and category leadership
- Account strategy development, account planning, annual budgeting, promotional planning, P&L management, forecasting and relationship building with key customers
- Establish sales goals for E-Commerce products
- Coordinate/Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Finance to work effectively and efficiently
- Must be open to occasional travel
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of e-commerce sales and account management experience
- Marketing and sales background preferred (developing and executing sales and marketing strategy, plans, and campaigns)
- Knowledge of e-commerce contracts and understanding terms and conditions
- Knowledge of web strategies: SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (search engine marketing), Google/Yahoo/MSN ad words, pay-per-click campaigns, Microsoft suite
