Distribution and Inventory Manager (Fast-Growing Healthcare Organization)

A highly successful and leading healthcare organization is now looking to hire a new Distribution and Inventory Manager to help propel and elevate the business to the next level.
This Distribution and Inventory Manager position is an intriguing and exciting mix of both strategic + tactical 'hands-dirty' operations. The successful candidate will oversee inventory management, all shipping and receiving of inventory, and some project management as well. The ideal candidate will have had experience with process improvements, logistics and inventory control, and the ability to manage a team successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all processes when it comes to inventory control, distribution, and all mail and courier services
- Work directly with the planning team and special projects as it relates to new construction
- Work closely with 3PL teams to implement process improvements and best practices for operations, and distributing
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 3+ years' experience in logistics, distribution and inventory management required
- 3+ years' experience within a healthcare or similar setting is a plus
- Expertise in project management and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Strong analytical skills, using Microsoft Office, and other ERP/WMS Systems
