Our Client is a global manufacturer of commercial, industrial, and appliance motors and controls. They have around 50.000 employees worldwide and currently they are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer.
ENGINEER CUSTOMER QUALITY (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Coordination and processing of customer complaints
- Carrying out analyses of the complaint data (warranty) to determine technical factors, if necessary internal support on technical issues in negotiations
- Monthly evaluation of customer ratings and initiation of improvement measures if the KPIs are exceeded
- Preparation and support of customer visits and audits
- Creation of action plans in the event of deviations from goals, escalations or customer audits
- Production Quality support for quality incidents and quality improvement programs on the production lines
Qualifications
- Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in quality management: complaints processing, error analysis, implementation of internal product and process audits, damaged part analysis
- Internal auditor certificate is an advantage
- Safe application of QM methods (Ishikawa and 5 Why analysis)
- IT skills (MS Office, ERP/CAQ systems, Minitab, QS STAT/SOLARA)
- Experience reading and understanding technical drawings
- Knowledge of valid quality standards (IATF 16949, EN ISO 9001)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
