Continuous Improvement Manager
As CI Manager you will be the contact person for all questions and remarks regarding Continuous Improvement. You will be responsible for deploying strategic initiatives policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines and ensures implementation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES
- CI
- Develop CI Culture and Strategy as part of CI Steering Group Team
- Implement and Ensure application of Production Standards
- Support Project-Leader and supervisor in CI activities and projects
- Report about project status to General Management
- Support regarding the use of CI Tools
- Contribute to the development of Standards & Best Practices
- Manage and Develop the Cost Out Agenda
- Identify Loss
- Initiated projects
- Manage sustainable Implementation of Actions
- Production Processes (Avoid Loss of Time and Material):
- Analyse and optimise
- Identify and eliminate error source
- Raise improvement potential

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Formal Qualifications and Experience
- Technical understanding for manufacturing reel goods and flexible packaging materials
- Understand of cost and profitability drivers
- Languages: German and English
- Completed technical or commercial study
- Several years work experience
- Specific Skills and Abilities
- Strong Organisational capacity
- Willing to work in teams and flexibility
- High result orientation and Enthusiasm
