An industry leading OEM manufacturer is in search of a new Buyer III to join their team!
Key Responsibilities of the Buyer III:
- Communicate with vendors to confirm price, delivery dates, etc.
- Resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Identify key vendors.
- Spearhead negotiation with vendors.
- Improve and fix any pricing or lead time issues that may arise.
- Must issue 100-150 POs on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 5 years purchasing experience within an Automotive or related field.
- Experience or knowledge of the Automotive parts market place.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
